Single-component hybrid elastic sealant/adhesive in cartridges. Based on silylated polymers, thus free from silicone and isocyanates. Quick-hardening, thixotropic and with a high modulus of elasticity. Specifically formulated for sealing expansion joints in horizontal and vertical surfaces. Recommended as a flexible adhesive for all the more common building materials, even for bonding different types of materials together, instead of or in addition to mechanical fastening methods. Also suitable for wet substrates.

Use as a sealant:

• Sealing expansion joints  subject to movements not exceeding 20% of the average length of the joint in:

1. Industrial floors subject to heavy traffic.

2. The concrete floors of indoor and outdoor car parks, shopping malls, supermarkets.

3. Floors and walls clad in ceramic tiles or stone material, also in places subject to heavy pedestrian traffic or use of lift trucks.

4. Indoor and outdoor walls and vertical structures in concrete or other materials.

• Sealing cracks, even submerged.
• Sealing  piping used for routing cables and ventilation pipes.
• Sealing metal components (flashing, gutters, downpipes, etc.)
• Sealing joints in general, also those to be subsequently painted.

Use as an adhesive:

• Steel, aluminium, copper elements.
•  Baseboards, skirting boards, cord covers, raceways and edge protections in wood and plastic.
• Bathroom furnishings and decorative elements in general.
• Doorsteps and sills in natural stone.
• Roof shingles and pantiles, roofing sheets, insulation panels.
