CERCOL  firmly believes that all business relationships must be based on the highest standards of transparency, integrity and loyalty.
In May 2017, CERCOL adopted a Code of Ethics that constitutes a "charter of principles and values" of conduct and is an integral part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 regarding administrative liability of entities for offences. The activity is based on full compliance with the provisions of the Model, also in the context of relations with public and private third parties.

Product Certifications

As of 1 July 2013, the Regulation No. 305/2011 (Construction Products Regulation, or CPR) replaces the previous Construction Products Directive (CPD 89/106), redefining the obligations of producers, distributors and importers for CE.

The main development in this regard is undoubtedly the incorporation of the "Declaration of Performance" (DoP) instead of the "Declaration of Conformity": for each CE marked product, the manufacturer must issue a DoP, which, among other information, reports the performance of the product declared on the basis of the relevant harmonised technical specification (harmonised European standard or ETA). Products that do not bear any of the mandatory markings cannot be put on the market. The main purpose of the DoP is to allow customers and users to compare the different products placed on the market, based on common, identifiable and measurable elements, allowing to identify the most suitable product for the desired use.

CERCOL guarantees users full compliance with the requirements imposed by EN standards for all its products, through the continuous monitoring by qualified external bodies and the constant updating of the labels and markings on documentation and packaging, to ensure the continuity of the serious relationship and professionalism that has always distinguished the Company.
