Three-component, epoxy-cement waterproofing agent for surfaces subject to moisture build-up. Enables wood, resilient, ceramic, PVC to be laid with two-component adhesives just 24-36 hours after application. Can also be used on uncured concrete and in closed or underground areas because it is solvent-free. Vertical and horizontal surfaces even subject to vehicular traffic. Interior and exterior.
