F.14 CERCOLOR PRIMER is a primer based on micronised acrylic resins in water dispersion that, once applied, penetrates deeper than conventional water-based primers. It is odourless, does not contain solvents and can therefore be applied in closed or poorly ventilated rooms. Thanks to its special formulation, it guarantees the consolidation of dust on the surfaces to be treated. By penetrating deeply, it slows down the formation of efflorescence.
